I started as a member at Orangetheory Fitness Highlands Ranch in 2012 when the studio first opened and have now been a coach with OTF for almost 3 years. I take pride in working at OTF and I consider it a privilege to work in an environment that promotes and encourages improving lives every day.
My interest in health and fitness started during my teen years when my weight was a recurring challenge and I started working as a group fitness instructor in my early twenties. I am still learning every day and am passionate and intrigued by all there is to know about this industry.
I was born and raised in Copenhagen Denmark, went to High School and College in the UK and Germany and spent a few years in Oregon and Washington and then back in Copenhagen before arriving in Colorado in 2007. All similar cultures and yet different, but one common denominator I found in every place was the growing desire for a healthier life.
I am married to Jim and together we have three awesome children. When we are not working or at school, we like to travel and ski but we also love just being at home doing nothing.
I thrive on helping people make positive changes and really enjoy being a support for someone in their journey to reach their full potential.
The sense of community at OTFHR is unique and coupled with the science behind Orangetheory Fitness you get the perfect recipe for a healthy body and a healthy mind. The results speak for themselves.
